Please note that you can find your membership by last Name, family member name or by member code (which you can find by logging into your member-dashboard). Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a responsible individual fifteen years or older. As a reminder, all members, and their guests, are required to abide by the club’s rules, which you can read on the ‘Rules and Regs’ page under About Us. Concessions The snack shack provides daily food, snacks and treats. The focus is to provide heathy snacks, lunches and dinners for the membership. Guests Members may purchase guest passes for $6 per guest (aged 3 and older) HERE. Due to IRS rules, discounted packages of passes are no longer available. Please note that pass purchases are non-refundable and are valid for only the current season in which they are purchased. Toys and Floats Hand-held toys, squirt toys, soft toys and balls are permitted in the pool, provided their use does not interfere with others. Once school is over and team practices switch to the morning schedule, we will continue our traditional Thursday Float Nights (as long as there is not a swim or dive meet) when you are welcome to bring your favorite large float (subject to approval by lifeguards or pool manager). Membership Refunds If you need to cancel your membership before the pool opens for the season (5/25), you are entitled to a refund of your membership cost, less a $50 administration fee. The $100 initiation fee is non-refundable. Once the summer season starts with Memorial Day weekend, we don’t issue refunds. Guest pass and waitlist fee purchases are non-refundable. Does SHRA offer prorated memberships for part of the summer? We do not offer partial memberships for the beginning or mid-summer. Prospective members on the waitlist may be offered an August membership that then makes them full eligible members for the next upcoming full season.
