Member Check-in

When you visit the pool, you will be asked to check in at the front desk by one of the lifeguards. If no one is there at the time, please go ahead and check yourself and your guests in. If the check-in screen is not visible, please click the Front-Desk icon on the screen.

Please note that you can find your membership by last name, family member name, or by member code (which you can find by logging into your member dashboard).

Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a responsible individual fifteen years or older.

As a reminder, all members and their guests are required to abide by the club’s rules, which you can read on the ‘Rules and Regs’ page under About Us.

Concessions / Snack Shack

The Snack Shack provides daily food, snacks, and treats for members. Our focus is on offering healthy snacks as well as lunch and dinner options. Please note that Snack Shack credits are valid only for the current season and do not carry over.

Guests

Members may purchase guest passes for $6 per guest (aged 3 and older)
HERE. Due to IRS rules, discounted packages are no longer available. Pass purchases are non-refundable and valid only for the current season.

Toys and Floats

Hand-held toys, soft toys, and balls are permitted in the pool, provided their use does not interfere with others.

Once school is over and team practices switch to mornings, we will continue Thursday Float Nights (unless there is a swim or dive meet). You may bring large floats, subject to approval by lifeguards or the pool manager.

Membership Refunds

If you cancel before the pool opens (5/25), you are eligible for a refund minus a $50 administrative fee. The $100 initiation fee is non-refundable. Once the season begins on Memorial Day weekend, refunds are no longer issued. Guest pass and waitlist fees are non-refundable.

Does SHRA offer prorated memberships?

We do not offer partial memberships for early or mid-summer. Waitlisted members may be offered an August membership, which grants eligibility for the following full season.
