Members can rent SHRA’s pavilion for a private function. A 2-hour rental ($100) includes the pavilion, its grills, the pool and tennis courts (subject to swim / dive meet and tennis match availability). Here are some important details about pavilion rental:

• The $100 base rental cost covers your SHRA member renting family and up to 20 non-SHRA member “guests”
• The pavilion is not rentable on holidays due to pool policy that guests are not permitted those days (Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July and Labor Day) as the pool is very overcrowded.
• Guests are defined as non-members, age 3+ years
• SHRA members attending your party do not count towards your pavilion guest total.  You do not need to buy them a pass
• Additional guests [above the 20] can be accommodated at $6/per guest. Purchase your Guest Passes ahead of time.
• Weekend parties are limited to 40 attendees (SHRA member and non-member) total.
• You must send the guest list (non-SHRA member) to the Communications team of the BoD (communications@shrasharks.org) 24 hours in advance of your party for recording names, due to IRS regulations for auditability. Having that list for guard check-in is not the same action, and it is helpful to just print out & bring the email you send to the BoD to give the guards at the front desk for check-in.
• Your setup and cleanup time is included in the total two-hour rental. Please be respectful of the next party coming into the pavilion and vacate quickly, leaving the area as tidy as you found it. There is no time buffer between parties on busy weekends.
• Dates available to you to book reflect a “45 day” horizon. (eg, if you’re attempting to book a date on June 10th, the date availability for bookings is 45 days from 6/10, so choosing a date through 7/25 is possible. Come back to this page when the date you want is within 45 days if you’re trying for something further out.)
• NO GLASS should be in the pavilion at any time (and generally, not around SHRA as a whole). Please bring cans and other non-breakable items for your party supplies.
