SHRA provides a wide range of tennis programs for adult players of varying ages and skill levels that includes instructional, social, and competitive options. Whether you’re seeking high-quality coaching to enhance your game, looking to learn while enjoying the sport, or striving to improve your match play, our programs cater to all. With us, there is a program that suits everyone’s needs.

SHRA adult teams compete in the Northern Virginia Tennis League (NVTL) In 2026, we have Men’s and Women’s Teams which play every week at SHRA, games starting the weekend of May 2, 2026.

NVTL is a locally run tennis league made up of clubs from around the area. Teams are placed in divisions based on club size and skill level with match play beginning in early May. For more information about NVTL, Please visit their website at: http://www.nvtl.org.
