SHRA Lady’s Tennis – The SHRA Ladies Tennis team plays in the Northern Virginia Tennis League in the evening “C” level division. Our matches are played on Tuesday evenings (usually around 6:30pm) and consist of one singles match and three doubles matches. One of our team goals is to allow as many members as possible to play in matches throughout our season; we feel that match play is a lot more fun than just practicing. Team membership is open to any female members of the club age 17+. We have several high school and college age players (although no college team players are allowed in the “C” division) but most of our members are adults. Our matches begin in mid-May and last through early July. Practices are not specifically scheduled; flexibility is important for most of our members. For more information please contact our captain, Kelley Milligan, at (703) 801-6634 or via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org
